澳新擬允許使用羅漢果提取物作為強(qiáng)力甜味劑

2016年5月3日，據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSANZ）消息，經(jīng)SarayaCo.,Ltd申請(qǐng)，澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布通知公告11-16，擬批準(zhǔn)A1129號(hào)申請(qǐng)，允許使用羅漢果提取物（羅漢果苷）作為強(qiáng)力甜味劑用于烘焙等，建議最大使用濃度為8000mg/kg。

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has assessed an application made by Saraya Co., Ltd. to permit the use of monk fruit extract as a food additive to perform the technological purpose of an intense sweetener. On 20 July 2018, FSANZ sought submissions on draft variations and published an associated report. FSANZ received 16 submissions. FSANZ approved the draft variations on 31 October 2018 . The Australia and New Zealand Ministerial Forum on Food Regulation was notified of FSANZ’s decision on 12 November 2018. This Report is provided pursuant to paragraph 33(1)(b) of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (the FSANZ Act)
